Sessions include Regular Jumps; After Dark with a live DJ & disco music; Flip Fit exercises; Little Ninjas for the kids; Parties & Group Bookings. FlipOut Grip Socks are required to be worn at all times in the trampoline park. Please purchase a pair if you do not already have some.
FLIP FIT SESSIONS are ideal for teenagers (15 years and over) and adults looking for a new way to exercise. Increase your flexibility and balance with a unique blend of exercises from trampolining, stunt boxes and gymnastics, all led by a trained instructor in a safe, friendly environment. Check with your local Flip Out arena for times and availability.
AFTER DARK SESSIONS bring a true party atmosphere to the Flip Out arena, with smoke machines, light shows and super sound systems in place to keep you and your crew jumping through the night. Flip Out is the only place in town where teenagers can enjoy 3 hours of fun, games, music, disco lights and smoke machines in a safe and secure environment. Parents are welcome too.
